What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, serverless microservices for database assessment, schema conversion, and data movement.
• Develop agent-driven migration workflows using natural-language interfaces and modern developer tools.
• Own the migration lifecycle from pre-migration assessment through validation and completion.
• Solve distributed systems challenges involving reliability, security, performance, consistency, and high concurrency.
• Design and operate systems for critical production workloads at cloud scale.
• Mentor SDE I engineers through code reviews, architecture guidance, and pair programming, while participating in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Professional, non-internship software development experience, including development within the last three years.
• Experience programming in at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# with object-oriented design.
• Experience leading architecture and design for new or existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Experience mentoring, serving as a technical lead, or leading an engineering team.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations.
