Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (AWS)

Location: Remote within the continental United States. Candidates must be able to work and reside in the continental U.S.

Salary: $112,240–$140,300 annually.

What you will do

• Build and integrate networking, security, logging, and application orchestration systems for products serving millions of users.
• Design identity and access management solutions that support secure, low-overhead operations.
• Create reliable self-service tools for infrastructure provisioning and access requests.
• Provision infrastructure economically and provide visibility and tooling for engineering teams.
• Own reliability and resiliency outcomes for core infrastructure.
• Turn recurring support requests into reusable platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a platform or infrastructure engineer delivering large-scale systems.
• Experience building cloud infrastructure with a major infrastructure-as-a-service provider; AWS is strongly preferred.
• Experience with content delivery or edge networks such as Fastly, Cloudflare, or Amazon CloudFront.
• Experience with infrastructure as code; Terraform is strongly preferred.
• Experience operating orchestration platforms for containerized applications and scheduled or ephemeral workloads.
• Practical experience with Python or Go, observability infrastructure, cloud security, and web application firewalls.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with multi-region, multi-account, or multi-cloud environments.
• Experience operating internal developer platforms, shared services, or enablement tooling.
• Experience developing Terraform modules for resource provisioning.
