Project Manager, Imaging and Cardiac

Location: Remote or office-based in the United States; listed locations include Boston, Cary, Chicago, Lexington, Los Angeles, Nashville, Portland, Salt Lake City, San Antonio, Whitesboro, Raleigh, Winston-Salem, Knoxville, Charlotte, Mt. Pleasant, Hickory, Rocky Mount, New York, Bristol, Wilmington, Salisbury, Downers Grove, McFarland, Blue Bell, Lenexa, Piedmont, Rochester, and Long Beach. Travel may be required up to 20% of the time.

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of clinical trials in medical imaging and cardiac safety solutions from startup through close-out.
• Act as the primary customer contact, conduct routine teleconferences, and manage agendas, minutes, presentations, and reporting deliverables.
• Develop project plans and timelines, coordinate internal and external kick-off meetings, and oversee cross-functional delivery.
• Track revenue, forecasting, invoicing, budgets, contracts, and change requests.
• Maintain patient and site tracking reports, coordinate data queries, and support resolution of data issues.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements, and provide oversight of site and reader management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences, or equivalent education and work experience.
• At least three years of experience in a customer-focused role.
• At least one year of project management experience in the clinical trial industry is preferred.
• Advanced English fluency and previous work experience using English as the primary business language are required.
• Ability to travel independently for investigator, customer, and business development meetings when required.
