Branch Banking Client Consultant II (Fintech)

Location: Grand Rapids, MI 49508; branch location at 1969 44th Street SE

Salary: $17.12–$26.97 per hour

What you will do

• Resolve client account questions, problems, and complaints through timely research and communication.
• Explain banking products and support clients with lending and basic investment interactions.
• Build client relationships, improve retention, and identify financial needs.
• Introduce clients to mortgage and business banking partners when specialist support is needed.
• Support deposit, loan, non-interest income, and client acquisition targets.
• Execute sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and in compliance with applicable requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, HiSET, TASC, or foreign equivalent.
• 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
• Ability to manage client relationships, solve problems, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Ability to work at the specified Grand Rapids branch location.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
