Branch Banking Client Consultant II (Fintech)

Location: Battle Creek, MI 49015 — branch-based role

Salary: $17.12–$26.97 per hour

What you will do

• Resolve account questions, problems, and complaints while delivering a positive client experience.
• Explain banking products and provide guidance focused on clients’ financial needs.
• Support deposit, loan, non-interest income, and client acquisition goals.
• Identify client needs and make introductions to mortgage, business banking, and other internal partners.
• Handle sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Complete moderately complex special projects and support client engagement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, HiSET, TASC, or foreign equivalent.
• 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
• Strong client relationship-building, communication, problem-solving, and priority-management skills.
• Ability to follow federal, state, and local banking regulations and complete required compliance training.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
