Senior Technical Product Manager (DataOps)

Location: Hybrid, Ramat Gan (Bursa) / Tel Aviv, Israel

What you will do

• Own product areas across ingestion, reverse ETL, observability, and catalog.
• Translate complex data and infrastructure challenges into specifications, priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Work in person with the Tel Aviv engineering team on data modeling, replication, CDC, sync performance, schema evolution, and scalable infrastructure.
• Manage a remote reporting relationship with the VP of Product in New York through clear written communication, proactive updates, and independent execution.
• Speak with customers, validate product direction, define metrics, run experiments, and close post-launch feedback loops.
• Help establish product rituals, prioritization frameworks, competitive positioning, and product standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years with data-intensive or infrastructure products.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, schema design, pipeline internals, and downstream data consumers.
• Working knowledge of relational database internals, especially Postgres and MySQL replication, transaction logs, change data capture, and performance.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to reason about data quality, freshness, completeness, lineage, and technical trade-offs.
• Track record of shipping technical products end to end with measurable results.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment and use modern AI tools to improve product workflows.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a software engineer, data engineer, or DBA.
• Experience at a data integration, data movement, or data observability company.
• Experience as a first or early Product Manager at a startup.
