What you will do
- Develop and execute financial strategies that support business growth, profitability, and operational alignment.
- Lead finance and accounting teams, oversee accounting operations, and build a high-performing, continuously improving work environment.
- Manage consolidated reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, dashboards, and executive KPI reporting.
- Oversee billing, contracts, collections, third-party leasing, cash flow, treasury management, banking relationships, and insurance coverage.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax, regulatory, audit, risk management, and reporting requirements.
- Partner with the CFO and business leaders on acquisitions, large customer opportunities, shared services, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in a high-growth distribution or services organization.
- Experience leading and developing finance and accounting teams.
- Knowledge of GAAP, tax law, compliance standards, audits, risk management, and regulatory reporting.
- Experience with treasury functions, advanced Excel, data visualization, financial dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, judgment, and strategic decision-making skills.
Nice to have
- CPA or MBA.
- Experience in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with ambitious growth goals.
- Capacity and ambition to grow into a Chief Financial Officer role.
