What you will do

• Support the design and implementation of strategic regulatory change management processes.
• Align and continuously improve the strategy for managing regulatory changes across Compliance and the firm.
• Engage stakeholders to prioritize implementation plans, manage volumes, and drive strategic decisions.
• Oversee consistency across compliance pillars and divisions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage vendor content and support the implementation of a strategic horizon-scanning solution.
• Identify automation opportunities and represent Compliance in remediation efforts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in compliance or risk management within financial services or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with issue management, internal control frameworks, quality assurance, or second-line review and challenge.
• Strong understanding of compliance program mandates and operational risk frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, reporting, and project management skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with strong communication and stakeholder relationship-building abilities.
