What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of large corporate Employee Assistance Programme and wellbeing-services clients.
- Lead programme launches, contract negotiations, renewals, and ongoing strategic account management.
- Maintain customer satisfaction, manage complaints, and coordinate service delivery with internal departments.
- Identify and mitigate account risks while developing opportunities to expand services, business units, and headcounts.
- Maintain client records, manage budgets, support invoicing and debtor tracking, and negotiate annual increases.
Requirements
- Hybrid availability in Cape Town, South Africa.
- Fluent English and at least one additional African language.
- At least 3 years of customer relationship management experience.
- At least 3 years of Employee Assistance Programme experience.
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Understanding of business strategy, supplier commitments, and their impact on market performance.
Nice to have
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Project management experience.
