Mr D - Sales Associate (Western Cape)

Location: Cape Town, South Africa; the role involves restaurant visits in assigned areas.

What you will do

• Identify and prioritise suitable restaurant partners for the Mr D platform.
• Create and maintain a sales pipeline and support the restaurant sign-up process.
• Act as a primary contact for restaurant partners in assigned areas.
• Strengthen partner relationships, monitor restaurant and store performance, and provide timely solutions and feedback.
• Resolve device-related queries, train restaurant staff on the Mr D device, and deliver marketing materials when required.
• Maintain required standards during restaurant visits.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of prior sales or account management experience.
• Matric qualification.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused, consultative sales approach.
• Knowledge of the local restaurant industry and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Own transport and a valid driver's licence.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Previous hospitality industry experience.
• Tertiary qualification.
