Senior Solutions Engineer (Storage)

Location: Remote, but candidates must be based in the Seattle, Washington metro area to support customers and partners in the territory.

Salary: USD 197,200–255,200 annual OTE, including base salary and potential commission.

What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor for enterprise accounts.
• Partner with Enterprise Client Executives to develop strategy, build pipeline, and close business.
• Build relationships with channel partners and partner solutions engineers through joint selling and execution.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify business challenges, technical gaps, and future-state requirements.
• Design and configure solutions across ONTAP, SAN, NAS, block, file, hybrid cloud, and data protection technologies.
• Support new-logo and strategic enterprise opportunities while developing expansion opportunities in existing accounts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or systems engineering in a quota-driven environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise or Fortune 1000 customers through complex sales cycles.
• Strong infrastructure and storage background, including SAN, NAS, block, and file environments.
• Experience designing and configuring deployable customer solutions.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud, virtualization, data protection, and disaster recovery.
• Must be based in the designated Seattle metro area and able to support customers and partners in the territory.
