Senior Director, Strategic Technology Initiatives Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with on-site work strongly preferred in the United States; additional posting locations include Canada, Greece, Ireland, Switzerland, and Walton Oaks, UK. Remote locations will only be considered for internal candidates already designated as remote. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.

Annual base salary: $230,900–$384,800, plus a 25% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Own the connected technology strategy across strategic initiatives and align delivery with eight Digital Core Platforms and enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead technical strategy and senior stakeholder alignment for Executive Leadership Team-level AI programs.
• Drive platform reuse, consistent integration, and avoidance of duplicated or divergent solutions.
• Lead, allocate work for, and develop a team of Senior Technical Architects.
• Define responsible use of AI, automation, and modern engineering practices across the portfolio.
• Establish governance for reliability, security, documentation, operational excellence, and delivery reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 12+ years of significant leadership experience in technology strategy, architecture, or large-scale program delivery.
• Experience connecting multiple concurrent programs into a coherent technology strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading and developing senior technical talent, including architects and principal engineers.
• Strong understanding of modern engineering, cloud platforms, data and integration patterns, AI-enabled delivery, security, reliability, and governance.
• Must hold permanent U.S. work authorization; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.

• Advanced degree in technology, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a highly regulated global enterprise with complex compliance, privacy, security, and risk requirements.
• Experience influencing C-suite or enterprise leadership teams and leading large cross-functional organizations.
