Senior Principal, Source to Pay Technology (AI)

Location: Boston, MA, United States. Hybrid work is available up to two days remotely per week, or on-site work five days per week.

Salary: $177,600–$266,400 per year, plus annual bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Advise business stakeholders on Source-to-Pay technology and AI solutions.
• Implement and maintain Source-to-Pay orchestration capabilities and AI solutions.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into technical and process-driven solutions.
• Design and document integrations, configurations, testing strategies, and enhancement plans.
• Collaborate with offshore teams, implementation partners, vendors, and managed service providers.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, legal, regulatory, data integrity, and system lifecycle requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience with relevant business systems in the life sciences industry or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with Source-to-Pay technologies, including Icertis, ProcessUnity, Docusign, Coupa, or orchestration tools.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML technologies and translating business challenges into measurable AI-driven solutions.
• Expertise in application configuration, integrations, documentation, project management, and system lifecycle management.
• Experience delivering large, complex projects using agile development and DevOps practices.
