Staff Solutions Architect (AI/ML)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States

Salary: $190,000–$213,000 base salary per year, plus bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Support solution engineering leadership with strategic alignment, standardization, and operational excellence for solution delivery.
• Provide pre-sales solution consulting, respond to RFPs, support deal closing, manage dependencies, and coordinate solution architecture across product engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Create reusable solutions, components, playbooks, reference architectures, and a central repository to improve repeatability and reduce customer onboarding time.
• Manage solution intake, define requirements, align stakeholders, and establish prioritization frameworks for resource allocation.
• Provide architecture and technical expertise across the full solution lifecycle, including contract and legal reviews, customer support, and SLA delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer or data science, engineering, or life sciences, with 10+ years of experience developing technologies in healthcare and life sciences.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, delivery planning, stakeholder management, and customer engagement.
• Experience building and deploying scalable cloud solutions on GCP or AWS.
• Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, including model development, training, and deployment.
• Deep understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience working with diverse health data modalities, including omics, biomarkers, diagnostics, imaging, claims, and social determinants of health.
• Knowledge of healthcare data collection, provenance, and interoperability standards.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across technical and commercial functions.
