Field Application Scientist - EMEA (Nanomedicine)

Location: York, United Kingdom; fully remote from home within the EMEA organization, with 50% international travel throughout Europe.

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise to sales representatives, resellers, and customers throughout the sales process.
• Promote the hirify.global Nano Medicine product line, manage leads and prospects, develop opportunities, and support account penetration.
• Evaluate customer processes, identify suitable solutions, and provide technical support for new sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with key customer decision-makers and contribute to territory priorities and account plans.
• Conduct customer training, application-based seminars, product demonstrations, and technical training for sales teams.
• Provide phone, email, and in-person application support, including troubleshooting customer, application, and instrument issues.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in genomic medicine or nanomedicine.
• Applications or laboratory experience in nanoparticle formulation, drug delivery, or cell biology.
• Experience troubleshooting instrumentation and applications.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, account management, communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Commercial aptitude, customer-focused independence, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel internationally throughout Europe; the role involves approximately 50% travel.
