CDL Delivery Driver/Service Specialist (Dialysis)

Location: Detroit, Michigan, with regional travel to Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio locations. The role includes multi-day routes, overnight travel, and delivery work at patient homes and dialysis centers.

Salary: $34.13 per hour. Estimated annual base salary: $51,200–$70,400.

What you will do

• Safely operate an 18- to 24-foot commercial vehicle on regional delivery routes.
• Deliver dialysis solutions and related products to home patients and kidney dialysis centers.
• Rotate stock, verify order accuracy, and manage occasional order pickups and returns.
• Handle deliveries of up to and sometimes more than 45 cases per visit, including cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Use lift gates, ramps, pallet jacks, walkie riders, and Liftkar stair climbers.
• Coordinate with patients, healthcare professionals, customer service, regional office, and supply-chain teams.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to work in the Detroit, Michigan area with regional travel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A or Class B CDL with Air Brake endorsement, a valid medical card, and an MVR meeting minimum standards.
• Ability to follow DOT and company safety requirements and maintain HOS logs using an Electronic Logging Device.
• Ability to complete multiple-day routes with overnight travel and pass the Industrial Capabilities Test.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, crouching, climbing, and other physically demanding activities in extreme cold or heat.

Nice to have

• At least one year of experience driving comparable equipment.
• Inside delivery experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
