SBA Portfolio Servicing Associate

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; onsite at 401 S Graham St.

What you will do

• Provide customer service to internal and external customers in the servicing area.
• Support Portfolio Servicing Officers with draw requests, advances, payments, and other daily servicing activities.
• Prepare, organize, scan, and maintain loan, credit, legal, and servicing files.
• Process wire transfers and prepare ECM requests.
• Assist with tickler items, audit information gathering, and clearing audit exceptions.
• Manage assigned risk, compliance, and related administrative duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of job-related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, plus general office equipment and job-related software.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial loan closing requirements and processes, especially SBA lending.
