What you will do

• Analyze samples from different phases of the manufacturing process using laboratory analytical techniques and instrumentation.
• Interpret data, document results according to strict requirements, and report analytical findings.
• Develop, validate, and maintain analytical methods and equipment for drug products and chemicals.
• Support batch release, Quality Reviews, Annual Product Quality Reviews, inspections, and new product introductions.
• Work with chemists, production personnel, and cross-functional teams to maintain compliance and improve efficiency.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve quality data, reporting, and business processes.

Requirements

• Experience with analytical chemistry techniques, including wet chemistry, atomic absorption and emission spectrometry, autotitration, TOC, infrared spectrometry, potentiometry, and ultraviolet spectrometry.
• Experience with gas chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography.
• Ability to interpret analytical data and maintain accurate, compliant documentation.
• Knowledge of method and equipment validation, health and safety, and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to work onsite in Castlebar, Mayo, Ireland.
