TL;DR
Client Coordinator (Life Sciences): Supporting project and program managers with records review, service requests, reporting, sample management, and client access coordination with an accent on regulated life sciences operations and detailed project monitoring. Focus on generating KPI and KQI reports, resolving execution issues, coordinating sample and logistics support, and monitoring critical study milestones.

Location: US - Plainfield, Indiana; general office setting with occasional travel of up to 10%.

Salary: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Support the Project Management Office with records review, service request management, project monitoring, and advanced Excel work including pivot tables and Gantt charts.
  • Generate sample inventory, KPI, and KQI reports for internal teams and external clients.
  • Manage client queries, investigate issues, and coordinate timely resolutions during project execution.
  • Coordinate kit provision, logistics, sample management, pathology report handling, laboratory services, training, and alliance support as required.
  • Develop project definitions, standard operating procedures, and new business processes.
  • Coordinate user and client access to the Limfinity Sample Management system and monitor critical study milestones with Project Managers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a regulated industry environment; FDA and GxP experience is preferred.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, prioritization, initiative, and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain a clean work environment and follow Universal Precautions when working near potentially infectious or bloodborne-pathogen materials.
