Senior Project Manager, Laboratory (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Serve as the main sponsor contact for central laboratory services and respond to study-specific inquiries from sponsors, physicians, CRAs, CRO representatives, and internal teams.
• Review protocols and amendments, coordinate Clinical Laboratory Worksheets, and communicate requirements across laboratory and clinical CRO departments.
• Enter protocol parameters into PACS, ICOLIMS, and other systems, and prepare and quality-check study-specific materials.
• Create and maintain communication, escalation, monitoring, and study documentation plans throughout study delivery and closure.
• Provide study management reports, support clients with hirify.global laboratory systems, monitor budgets, and track shipment requests for storage samples.
• Represent hirify.global at sponsor and investigator meetings, develop tools, and train new employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent in science, business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory, clinical trials, or customer/account management role within a life sciences organization.
• At least 1 year of project management experience in a clinical-trial service area such as IVRS, clinical supplies, medical imaging, data management, or electronic data capture.
• Working familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
