ECP Analyst - Plausibility & Reconciliations - Isle of Man

Location: Isle of Man, with a hybrid work pattern requiring at least two days per week or 40% of working time in the office

Salary: £28,776–£30,290 per year

What you will do

• Manage customer enquiries and cases through to resolution.
• Review customer information and documentation to identify appropriate next steps and support fair outcomes.
• Process payments, complete reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Create clear customer communications and escalate complex queries when specialist support is required.
• Provide guidance and share insights with colleagues and internal stakeholders.
• Support a strong risk and control environment while improving customer and colleague experiences.
