What you will do

• Evaluate and diagnose musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions and create individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training.
• Design injury prevention, strength, mobility, and physical readiness programs within the Human Performance framework.
• Educate Service Members and leadership on injury management, recovery strategies, and physical health practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, strength and conditioning specialists, and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain clinical documentation, support duty limitation recommendations, and provide non-identifiable injury trend insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution.
• Current, active, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
• At least two years of post-licensure Physical Therapist experience in a high-performance environment.
• Ability to meet and maintain Military Treatment Facility credentialing and privileging requirements.
• Experience designing and implementing physical therapy programs and treatment plans for individuals and groups.
• Willingness to travel and proficiency with computers, software, and clinical documentation technology.
