What you will do

• Provide senior subject-matter expertise and operational oversight for commercial loan systems, application performance, and data integrity.
• Lead transformation initiatives that modernize commercial loan processes, systems, and workflows.
• Review reports and reconcile commercial loan systems with the AFS loan accounting system.
• Lead complex transaction processing, issue resolution, loan maintenance, and corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer and operational servicing issues through end-to-end resolution.
• Develop and maintain servicing policies, procedures, training, and best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial or banking lending or related functions.
• 6+ years of experience in commercial loan operations, including complex problem resolution and process improvement.
• 6+ years of experience configuring commercial loan platforms such as AFS, ACBS, DNA, or LoanIQ.
• At least 1 year of experience coaching or mentoring operations professionals.
• Strong analytical, technical, communication, customer service, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Organizational Management, or an equivalent field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement experience.
• Experience leading transformation projects or process redesign in financial services.
