Quotation Specialist (Medical Devices)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Vimodrone (Milan), Italy site

Salary: €23,000–€25,000 gross per year for a fixed-term contract; €1,000 per month in case of internship

What you will do

• Act as the first customer contact during the pre-sales phase and receive external service requests.
• Assess request feasibility and coordinate with relevant laboratories when technical details require verification.
• Prepare quotations and commercial offers for external customers.
• Follow up on offer acceptance, purchase orders, signed quotations, contracts, and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate and supervise cross-selling activities across Eurofins services.
• Handle complaints and record commercial performance activities, cases, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Chemistry, or another scientific discipline.
• Excellent English proficiency required; interviews will be conducted in English.
• Excellent proficiency with IT tools and software applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in a dynamic, office-based commercial role.
• Residence in Milan or areas close to Vimodrone is preferred.
