Program Manager (F-35)

Location: On-site in Miamisburg, Ohio; 10% minimal travel; standard 40-hour work week.

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and integration of F-35 maintenance sustainment capabilities.
• Manage cross-functional teams working on systems engineering, digital transformation, cybersecurity compliance, and lifecycle sustainment.
• Oversee technical performance, schedules, risks, resources, deliverables, customer satisfaction, and contract compliance across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with Government Program Offices, Air Force and Joint Program Office stakeholders, industry partners, and hirify.global leadership.
• Support F-35 operational availability, fleet readiness, sustainment operations, and long-term platform readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, staffing, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Experience working with Government customers and Program Management Offices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Project Management Professional certification.
• DAWIA Program Management certification or equivalent.
• Experience supporting AFLCMC organizations and acquisition programs.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and subcontractors.
