ERP Summer 2027 Intern

Location: Frederick, Maryland, United States; office-based role

Salary: $18.00–$37.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support to an assigned Digital Technology department.
• Support data management, systems development, business analysis, testing, project management, cybersecurity, EOC, service desk, and technical analysis activities.
• Help identify, analyze, and apply information technology business practices to strategic plans and processes.
• Participate in designing, developing, testing, integrating, and implementing technology solutions.
• Evaluate and continuously improve information technology and business processes.
• Perform project activities according to established plans and schedules.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field.
• General understanding of information technology concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and adapt to deadlines and changing needs.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality.

Nice to have

• Internship experience in a Global Digital Technology function.
• Experience with Windows XP, Linux, and other relevant tools.
