Business Analyst Intern (Aftermarket)

Location: McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, United States; primarily office-based

Salary: $18.00–$37.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support used equipment sales and rental operations through data entry, reporting, and sales coordination.
• Track warranty claims, maintain records, and support timely resolution.
• Assist with parts sales, customer support, order tracking, inventory management, and parts distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems, automation, data management, and business processes.
• Provide administrative, analytical, and technical support to the Aftermarket organization.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Knowledge of general business structures and processes.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of programming, scripting, logic, algorithms, and systems development.
• Ability to analyze, document, graph, and communicate process and system changes, including with Visio or an equivalent tool.
• Understanding of Agile practices and the SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
