Senior Manager, Growth Strategy - Quick Commerce

What you will do

• Own quick-commerce growth performance across multiple markets, focusing on MAU penetration and trials.
• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with market needs, initiatives, and cross-functional priorities.
• Monitor weekly economic performance and identify cost or incentive inefficiencies.
• Define scalable incentive standards and establish incentive “golden rules” with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with local growth, commercial, pricing, and subscription teams on incentive strategy and execution.
• Lead unit-economics initiatives, deep-dive analyses, and performance reporting for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, growth, or technology-enabled businesses.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with P&L, ROI, and economic trade-offs.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Strong prioritization, business judgment, ownership, and structured communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL is a plus.
