Payment Administrator

Location: Belfast, UK; hybrid working for the UK, CI and Ireland region

What you will do

• Process client and fund payments across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc payment runs using online banking platforms.
• Complete supplier verification callbacks and maintain accurate supplier information.
• Prepare payment packs, supporting documentation, records, and workflow information.
• Perform post-payment checks and respond to payment-related queries from colleagues and stakeholders.
• Contribute to quality reporting, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Interest in payment processing, cash management, fund administration, or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate with local and international administration teams.
• Proactive approach to learning and process improvement.
• A degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is beneficial; relevant transferable experience is also welcomed.
