What you will do

• Diagnose and repair domestic and foreign vehicles using automotive knowledge, hand tools, and OEM scan tools.
• Complete accurate and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns with technicians and the service department.
• Communicate repair findings and customer concerns clearly.
• Meet deadlines and hourly goals while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, strong communication, and customer-service focus.
• Ability to lift or move over 100 pounds occasionally, work under lifted vehicles and in tight spaces, and stand or walk for most of the workday.
• Ability to drive manual-transmission vehicles and navigate a computer efficiently.

Nice to have

• Master L1 or A-level Technician qualification.
• ASE certifications or a plan to obtain them.
• Interest in long-term career development and learning additional skills.
