Data Scientist (AI)

hirify.global is a banking organization whose Enterprise Data and Analytics function develops AI solutions for strategic business initiatives across the enterprise.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders across the AI development lifecycle.
• Gather requirements, source data, develop and test models, and prepare proof-of-concept demonstrations.
• Support AI governance activities and production deployment across on-premises and AWS environments.
• Apply analytical and automation techniques to improve productivity, accuracy, workflows, and reusable tools.
• Evaluate emerging machine learning, cloud, and AI technologies and contribute ideas that improve business outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, economics, or a related field plus at least 1 year of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience.
• Programming experience in Python or R, with familiarity with SQL and modern data science tools.
• Foundational understanding of machine learning concepts and model development.
• Exposure to AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, S3, or Athena.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning, NLP, or generative AI through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
