What you will do

• Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting for performance tracking, ad hoc analysis, and business reviews.
• Write and optimize SQL against the data warehouse and define core business metrics for consistent reporting.
• Perform trend, variance, segmentation, cohort, and statistical analysis, providing recommended business actions.
• Develop demand, revenue, and sales forecasts across products, customers, channels, and regions.
• Measure forecast accuracy, investigate forecast-versus-actual variance, and improve forecasting methods for planning and budgeting.
• Partner with data engineering on data sets, pipelines, machine learning models, data quality, governance, and analytical workflow automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting, including building and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Microsoft Fabric or a comparable cloud data platform.
• Experience building or maintaining business forecasts, with knowledge of time series and regression-based methods.
• Working knowledge of Python or R and practical understanding of machine learning concepts.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical results to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools to develop reports, dashboards, analytical models, and documentation.
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies and analytical approaches.
