What you will do

• Provide welcoming, accurate, and efficient service to walk-in customers and resolve customer issues.
• Understand and educate customers on consumer deposit products and other banking services.
• Identify financial goals and recommend appropriate products to retain and grow consumer and business relationships.
• Build relationships through follow-up programs, outbound calling, referrals, and collaboration with other areas of the bank.
• Process customer transactions accurately, balance daily, and follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or relevant military experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Customer service, sales, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Comfort using mobile services, online banking tools, and other technology.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash-handling experience.
