What you will do

• Review and prepare client bills accurately and on time.
• Maintain monitoring schedules, billing data, and related records.
• Liaise with internal colleagues and clients to resolve billing queries and escalate issues when needed.
• Support the Billing Manager with billing and time recording system processes.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and day-to-day billing operations.

Requirements

• Previous finance or accounts payable administration experience is preferable.
• Computer literacy skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to manage workload independently and contribute effectively as part of a team.
