Finance Analyst

What you will do

• Administer treasury platforms and coordinate payment issues with Barclays, HSBC, BOS, and Citibank.
• Prepare banking, cashflow reporting, and forecasting activities for Ireland and Greece.
• Support internal and external audits through invoice extraction, transaction listings, and trial balance data.
• Track ATMaaS revenue pass-through, reconcile accounts, coordinate payments to financial institutions, and manage approvals.
• Run work order, sales order, fixed asset, and balance sheet reconciliation processes using Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle ARCS.
• Coordinate purchasing, purchase orders, business rates, office administration, and overhead tracking.

Requirements

• Relevant experience with financial or administrative processes, or a finance degree with an interest in entry-level finance work.
• Ability to support treasury, banking, payment, reporting, reconciliation, and audit activities.
• Ability to coordinate with operational teams, consultants, auditors, banks, and internal stakeholders.
• Employment is conditional upon passing applicable screening criteria.
