Data Services Reports & Insights Analyst

Location: Remote in Latin America

What you will do

• Build, analyze, and optimize reports across the PMS reporting suite.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis before issues affect customers.
• Help hoteliers interpret ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, revenue, guest behavior, and channel performance metrics.
• Provide written and verbal customer guidance through calls and email, translating reporting concepts into clear language.
• Collaborate with Product, Onboarding, Support, and Customer Success to improve data access and interpretation.

Requirements

• Direct experience with hotel property management systems, channel managers, or similar hospitality technology.
• Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or Tier 2/3 technical support, including teaching and guiding users.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data cleaning.
• Understanding of data management, data mapping, parsing, and root-cause error analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail when handling historical, financial, and guest records.
• Professional written and verbal English and availability to work remotely from Latin America.

Nice to have

• Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Experience with business intelligence dashboards or advanced financial reporting structures.
