Lead Full Stack Software Engineer (Python/Django/React)

hirify.global develops 3D printing technology and software used to design, prototype, and manufacture products, including medical devices.

What you will do

• Build and evolve the Dashboard platform and its backend infrastructure.
• Design, build, and scale reliable, high-performance web applications using Python and Django.
• Develop user-facing frontend features with React in collaboration with Design and Marketing.
• Own projects from technical design and implementation through rollout and iteration.
• Influence architecture, engineering standards, and best practices across the team.
• Balance delivery speed, code quality, and long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• Strong experience building, shipping, and maintaining production web applications.
• Deep experience with Python, Django, and modern frontend frameworks such as React.
• Primary-owner mindset with responsibility for systems and projects through completion.
• Ability to produce clean, documented, testable, and readable code.
• Comfort collaborating with Design, Marketing, and Engineering partners.
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Go, Kafka, GCP, or AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
