GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: Europe, with CET ±2hrs overlap required; fully remote, with a preference for candidates located in Munich.

What you will do

• Automate GTM workflows for lead enrichment, campaign data pipelines, contact hygiene, and outbound operations.
• Write Python or TypeScript scripts and build integrations between CRMs, outbound platforms, and data providers through APIs.
• Prototype and productize AI-powered workflows for high-volume campaigns.
• Build self-contained tools and features end to end with meaningful ownership.
• Help develop GTM infrastructure, campaigns, funnels, and commercial tooling from the ground up.

Requirements

• Ability to write working scripts in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, documentation, authentication flows, and response debugging.
• Strong practical experience with AI and agent tools, including Claude Code or opencode.
• Basic sysadmin skills, including terminal navigation, script execution, and process management.
• Ability to work with CET ±2hrs overlap and be located in Europe.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with n8n or Cargo.
• Previous experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, growth engineering, or a similar technical-commercial role.
