Production Team Lead (3D Printing)

Location: Perrysburg, Ohio, United States; onsite production work

What you will do

• Oversee resin batch preparation, recipe review, and completion of production schedules.
• Coordinate daily production activities to maintain workflow and minimize downtime.
• Lead production team members, monitor performance, and support onboarding and training.
• Track raw materials, work-in-progress inventory, and completed batches.
• Partner with Maintenance and Engineering to resolve equipment and production issues affecting quality or schedules.
• Improve processes and procedures while maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant production area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ability to move and lift chemical barrels using forklifts and other equipment.
• Two years of manufacturing experience and prior team lead experience are strongly preferred.
