2nd Shift Production Specialist (3D Printing)

Location: Onsite in Perrysburg, Ohio, United States. Second shift is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM.

What you will do

• Prepare and complete engineered resin batches for photochemistry applications.
• Move chemicals from inventory to mixing tanks and empty drums into tanks while maintaining accurate raw-material, work-in-progress, and finished-batch inventory.
• Provide production support by investigating resin and process issues that may cause downtime.
• Create, review, submit, and complete resin recipes and batching samples required for production schedules and batch approval.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with the Quality Management System and comply with applicable health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify equipment and batching-process issues, optimize raw-material utilization, and minimize waste or obsolescence.

Requirements

• Associate degree or high school diploma with production experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Perrysburg, Ohio, during the second shift.
