What you will do

• Operate and monitor injection molding and auxiliary production equipment.
• Maintain line output and uptime performance.
• Ensure production processes comply with quality policies and address deviations.
• Clean and maintain machines, molds, tooling, heaters, chillers, and related equipment.
• Digitally document process and quality data.
• Maintain 5S standards in the assigned work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, technical certification, vocational training, or equivalent experience.
• At least four years of manufacturing or production experience.
• At least two years of experience operating hydraulic, electric, vertical, or other injection molding machines.
• At least two years of experience with mold and tooling equipment and with measuring and inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly, stand for extended periods, and understand work instructions and safety procedures.
• Availability to work assigned shifts and overtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
