Hardware Engineering Manager (IoT)

What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary hardware team across mechanical engineering, electronics design, PCB layout, and hardware testing.
• Plan long-term team development and allocate resources across technology studies and product development projects.
• Partner with project management to deliver products on time and to high quality standards.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from product definition and design through implementation, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Build team competence and resources through recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and career development.
• Represent the hardware team internally and externally, set ambitious goals, and coordinate multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• At least 8 years of hands-on hardware development experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing teams of 10 or more engineers, including both Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
• Strong understanding of hardware reliability, safety, electronic performance testing, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing complete product cycles and developing engineers through coaching and mentoring.
• Fluent English is required.
