Investment Manager (Investments)

What you will do

• Manage and oversee the Core Capital multi-asset portfolio across public and private markets.
• Lead portfolio strategy initiatives, including strategic asset allocation, portfolio metrics, and analysis of return, risk, and solvency impacts.
• Evaluate new and existing investments, coordinate due diligence, prepare recommendations, and support governance and execution processes.
• Monitor investment and fund manager performance, maintain relationships, and support investment recommendations.
• Manage liquidity metrics and cash forecasts, coordinating asset sales, rebalancing, and financing activities.
• Maintain portfolio and investment data, prepare management information, and draft committee, board, and stakeholder papers.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in investment management, portfolio analysis, or investment oversight.
• Strong knowledge of investment analysis, portfolio or fund analytics, valuation, fixed income, and/or alternative assets.
• Understanding of investment structures and factors affecting risk, return, and credit quality.
• Experience assessing investments or monitoring funds and managers and translating analysis into clear recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an organised and adaptable approach.

Nice to have

• Professional qualification or progress toward CFA, CAIA, or IMC.
