Hydraulical Tester (Hydraulic Systems)

Location: Kinderdijk, Netherlands; fixed onsite work location

Salary: €3,438–€4,522 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance

What you will do

• Set up, calibrate, and conduct tests on hydraulic manifolds and components using test benches.
• Perform functional tests on hydraulic power units, hydraulic and electric winches, and other ship systems.
• Commission HPUs and winches within vessel drive systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to identify technical issues and improve system performance.
• Maintain and optimize test equipment, tools, and the test environment.
• Prepare detailed test reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• At least MBO-level education, preferably in a technical field.
• Experience interpreting hydraulic schematics, drawings, and test specifications.
• Technical English proficiency; Dutch is an advantage.
• Enthusiasm for hydraulic and electrical systems, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A valid EU work visa is required.
• VCA and hoisting/lifting certificates, or willingness to obtain them.
