What you will do

• Manage risk across multiple functions throughout the trade lifecycle, from real-time processing through post-settlement activities.
• Design, build, and operate effective controls in a straight-through-processing environment in partnership with Technology.
• Implement control frameworks for new businesses, activities, and migrations to strategic architecture.
• Develop business intelligence capabilities to identify risks from quantitative and qualitative data.
• Monitor regulatory and industry changes and participate in relevant industry forums.
• Build relationships with trading desks, operations, technology, legal, compliance, and other global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
• Ability to work flexibly and effectively under pressure.
