Operations Analyst

Location: Hybrid position based in San Francisco, Denver, or New York City, United States; availability during core business hours is required. Travel may be required.

Salary: $102,780–$137,040 per year, plus potential equity and discretionary bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage and mature cross-organizational processes including Product Lifecycle, Engineering Operations, and software capitalization.
• Develop emerging FinOps and cloud spend management processes.
• Improve operational methodologies, documentation, communications, and visibility across Product and Engineering.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to measure portfolio results and drive business outcomes.
• Champion tooling and process improvements that help the organization scale.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business operations, business process improvement, product, engineering, or related functions.
• Strong attention to detail, action orientation, and focus on measurable outcomes.
• Ability to lead initiatives through influence and communicate effectively across multiple organizational levels and distributed teams.
• Ability to document and train stakeholders on new and revised processes.
• Experience creating structure in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to work during core business hours and work from or regularly attend one of the listed US offices.

• Experience working with engineering in a technology organization.

• Experience presenting to executives and leadership.
• Ability to independently execute multiple strategic initiatives or projects.
• Knowledge of financial, sales, or other core business metrics and program management methodologies.
