Salary: $74,800–$110,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own end-to-end workstreams for Dasher Tasks, from opportunity sizing and hypothesis development through pilot launches and scaling.
• Design operations for new task types, commercial pilots, and international market expansion opportunities.
• Pull and analyze data with SQL, build models in Excel or Sheets, and define meaningful KPIs.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Strategy & Operations leadership.
• Build playbooks, SOPs, and processes that turn pilots into durable business operations.
• Run pilots or markets and improve core business metrics.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in strategy and operations, consulting, investment banking, analytics, program management, a high-growth startup, or an operations environment.
• Experience owning projects end to end.
• Analytical fluency and comfort using SQL and Excel or Sheets for decision-making.
• Ability to work through ambiguity with structured, resourceful, action-oriented execution.
• High standards for operational quality and willingness to work through detailed operational issues.
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate analysis and execution.
