Technical Project Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Colombia — Remote

hirify.global provides software supply chain security solutions, including open-source dependency management, SBOM management, and protection against malicious open-source components.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of security and IT projects, from planning through completion.
• Build and maintain project plans covering milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT, Security, Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Product, and leadership teams.
• Track project health, status, decisions, scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies, providing actionable stakeholder updates.
• Remove blockers, manage escalations, facilitate cross-functional decisions, and maintain regular stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate vendors, procurement activities, renewals, contract management, and process automation using AI and other tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical project management experience in SaaS or technology companies.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology and data projects with multiple dependencies.
• Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, data flows, architecture dependencies, and software delivery processes.
• Ability to turn ambiguous initiatives into structured plans with milestones, owners, risks, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to communicate risks, trade-offs, decisions, and project status concisely to senior leadership.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed remote environment from Colombia.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
• Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, NIST, or GDPR.
• Experience with IAM, SSO, MFA, cloud platforms, ITSM, vendor management, procurement, audits, or compliance evidence collection.
