Sr. Software Engineer (Salesforce)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid with office attendance expected 2–3 times per week

What you will do

• Develop and maintain hirify.global’s native Salesforce integration.
• Build and support integrations with other complementary systems.
• Design real-time automations and data transfers for a unified customer experience.
• Write architectural specifications and clean, modular, well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to improve quality and scalability.
• Support Agentic AI initiatives, act as a technical expert, and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
• Experience with a major backend language, especially Java or Python, and a frontend language, especially Vue or React.
• Experience building integrations and working with ETL data pipelines.
• Strong testing, debugging, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and autonomous problem-solving.
• Experience with Agentic AI and AI coding assistants such as Claude or Gemini.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apex, Redis, and Google Cloud.
