What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain services across a large microservices ecosystem.
• Debug complex cross-service issues, trace root causes, and drive incidents through resolution.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and resolve production issues.
• Communicate technical trade-offs, decisions, and progress while collaborating with teammates.
• Navigate ambiguous requirements and help clarify technical direction.
• Improve engineering velocity and quality through AI-assisted development, infrastructure migrations, and technical-debt reduction.

Requirements

• Senior-level software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Go, and Python.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in complex distributed systems.
• Experience with or strong aptitude for large-scale microservice architectures.
• Comfort with on-call responsibilities, ambiguity, and collaborative technical work.
• BSc in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
